I just want to say how helpful Ruby was in assisting in the sale of my Condo. I initially wanted it listed at a higher price, but once I let go of my preconceived idea of my condo’s value in the tough North Vancouver market of the Fall of 2025, and let her influence my pricing decision it sold very fast on multiple offers.

She called the price almost to the dollar. Her service was excellent, managing all those little issues that can drive a seller crazy. She liaised with the handful of trades that I needed and the inspectors that surveyed the condo. Should I choose to return to the market in the lower mainland, Ruby would be my first call.
